This policy explains how StockFind handles cancellations and refunds for paid subscription plans. By subscribing to StockFind, you agree to this policy as part of our Terms of Service.

1. Managing Your Subscription

You have full control over your subscription through your account settings. We use Stripe to securely process payments and provide you with a self-service billing portal where you can:

  • View your billing history and download invoices
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription at any time
  • Reactivate a cancelled subscription before it expires

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to Pro features until your billing period ends
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan

3. Refund Policy

Because you can cancel at any time and retain access until your billing period ends, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments.
